Has anyone receievd a solution to this Error 85 - we have just installed some new servers and are getting this error.

And as for calling HP with a DPX problem - that's a joke - this product has the lousiest support around - beleive me I have done it and you spend an hour arguing with guys in India that they have to support you - you have to get the supervisor and all that rubbish.
