Data Protector Express Single Server 4.0 SP1, Media Error

Hello
We work whit HP ProLiant Server ML350 with Windows 2008 SmallBusinessEdition 64bit.
The Backupprogramm is HP Data Protector Express Single Server 4.0 SP1.
Whit a new Media, the Backup is okay. When i take a tape whit an existing Backup, then the Error is: 1400 - Wrong Media. We don't have a Timeplan to change Medias.
Sorry my Englisch, i don't speak good englisch.

Can help me someone?
