Data Protector Singe Server Edition won't run scheduled jobs

I have configured scheduled job (with rotation media). Everyday, when I come back to office I see that scheduled job is hanged up with "opening device" status. I upgraded this soft to the latest version (3.5 sp1) but it won't help. This application in this version runs as service, and I suppose I not need to leave open Data Protector window. What is the problem?

It could be one of several things causing the job to fail. Have you looked at the log files? They will often give you information about what the job is waiting for.

Save log to a file and attache it here and maybe we can help.
