Data Protector problems with permanent password
Hi there,
I re-read the manual "HP OpenView Storage Data Protector Installation and Licensing Guide" and I extract from page 301:
"Using the CLI To install the permanent password using the Data Protector CLI, proceed as follows:
1. Log on to the Cell Manager.
2. Run the following command:
* On Windows:
\bin\omnicc -install_license The string must be entered exactly as it appears on the Password Certificate."
Can you help me? I don't have a license type: eight 4-character groups, only a permanent password (19-c3vwt-z7e1s-12bet-f59r1-3q111)
Where can i license my product with this kind of key ?
Thank you.
