Dataprotector 5.5 crash

Hello,
i have a problem with Dataprotector 5.5 software.

When i click in Dataprotector Manager on reporting then the manager crashes, so i cant viel the menu reporting. I have installed the newest core pack, but it dosent work.
Have someone any idea ?
