Dataprotector 5.5 not working with different user login

Hi,

we have installed Dataprotector 5.5 using domain Administrator account. Now we want to access dataprotector software by logging into the server with different user. But application is not starting. We have added the new user to admin group of local server also. Any help please

Hi,

Is this user having admin rights in the local matchine also? IF not you can try creating them in the windows

Or you can change the login account of INET service of DP to use this login account and try
