Dataprotector 5.50 and reporting.

Hi,

when running a report on trees in Backup Specification the report is incomplete?? It does not give me a complete list?? I have done some testing and removed and added some jobs. Then run a report and these changes does not appear. Do I have to restart some services or something?
Another problem I'm having is when a backup job fails totally and I want to find out what caused the failure I only get a blank screen saying: "No versions of the backup objects in the internal database. Information about the backup versions has been removed from the internal database". How am I going to find out what failed?
Please can anyone give me a hint about what to do?
