Dataprotector express SSE 4.0 hanging

Hi All,

This is regarding to dataprotector express SSE HANGINIG issue in windows 2003 SP2.

We had installed the the Datapotect express SSE edition whih is having Build version of 39072. Currently this application is hanging and not able to do any backup/media operation.


In hp site we had found a security bullettin which is talking abt the Denial of Service attack in Dataprotector express versions. Is this is applicable for us? Am attaching the link of the hp 's technical advosry.

But in that they are mentioning abt the latest hot fix for this problem. But for SSE we need to contact HP service centr? But we dont have any Service agrement ID for loging the case with HP.

What we will do for this scenario?
