Deactivated StorageWorks 448 on Netware 6.5 SP7

I plugged in a new StorageWorks 448 to my Netware 6.5sp7 server and the device is recognized, but shown as deactivated. When I try to activate the device in Remote Manager, I get MM_ERROR(7) stating that there was an error activating the device.

Has anyone seen something similar or can anyone tell me where I should start looking for clues?
