Dell PowerVault 132T

Attached is the robotic arm error that I'm receiving. Tape drive 1 works fine but Tape drive 2 responds with the robotic arm error when enabled. My configuration for Tape device 2 are:
Port 5
Bus 0
Target ID 1
Lun 0

My configuration for Tape device 1 are:
Port 5
Bus 0
Target ID 2
Lun 0

Looks like time to call Dell. As it's just an ADIC Scalar24, I'm sure the library has some kind of internal log to show what its problem is.
