Device detected but not changer in RSM

One of our clients has a DL380 running Windows 2000, and a TSL10000 20/40G 8-cassette autoloader. The device can be seen by the Removable Storage Manager, but the autoloader does not show up. Any suggestions as to how to make this happen?

Try this driver kit:

DAT 20/40 Medium Changer

These drivers did not work. The server still does not see the cassette. Any ideas?
