Difference between SCSI and USB for DAT internal tape drive.

Hello
I've 2 questions:
First: Could somebody explain me the difference between SCSI and USB interface for an internal Tape Drive like the HP StorageWorks DAT 40 USB Internal Tape Drive (DW022A) or the HP StorageWorks DAT 40 USB Internal Tape Drive (AE305AT).
Is it only a question of speed?
Am I right if I write that USB interface is easier to use than a SCSI one?
Witch one is it better to use?

Second:
Is "StorageWorks" the new name for the "SureStore" HP products? If no, could you explain me the differences?

Thanks.

PS: Please, excuse my "not very good" English :-)

There is essentially no difference in speed between the two. USB is easier to use because you don't run the risk of conflicting ID's and such. Storage is the new name for our tspe products and the Surestore name has been discontinued but they are the same products.

Thaks Lewis for your answer.

Could you now tell me witch one it is better to use. After reading your informations, I understand that UBS is better. Is it right? :-)

I don't really think there is a "better". I have used both but USB is definitely easier.
