Dip Switch Settings for TLZ09 drive

I cannot find a table of the dip switch settings for a TLZ09 drive.
Can anyone supply a list of what switches 1-8 on the rear of the drive represent, as I no longer have a user manual.

Apologies for not being specific, the actual model I'm after is a TLZ09-VA, that fits into a Storageworks SBB shelf. Thanks.
