Are you still seeing problems with your library?
Your posting seems to indicate that you are but looking into the case the notes show that the drive communication problem was traced to errors attempting to update the DHCP database. The DHCP database is stored on a daughter card off of the main controller. When the DHCP database updates failed the DHCP leases to the various network devices were released and networking failed.
That daughter card was replaced and the latest notes indicate everything was working correctly.
If there are still problems new logs would be needed.

The Cabinet daugther controller card was replaced Friday 5/6 and library was power cycled. We had no drives disconnect that weekend. Drive diconnects started again, one drive diconnected 5/14 and the other on 5/16.

Sorry to hear you are still having problems. We can determine from the library support ticket whether the same problem is happening again. The evidence might still be in the logs if you pull a library support ticket and post it here.

Thanks for posting the tickets but the ticket for the library controller itself is probably the most important one for determining if the previous issue has been resolved.

The robotics controller is the one responsible for the network leases and the one we need to see if there are any DHCP database update errors. The drive, IC, and IM tickets won't show that.

Did you fix your issue...I have same problem since 1 week in my customer site. ESLe 712 with 10 LTO4. when reboot library 2 or 3 drives link down. Reboot same problem but with different drives....Very strange problem....
