Drive not seen by win 2k3 server

MSL6060 san attached library with 4 ultrium drives. All fiber. Windows 2k3 sp2 backup master server cannot see one of 3 drives. Netware sbcon see all 4 drives and Netware appears to be able to control loading unloading to all 4 drives. Backup software is syncsort backup express.

Suggestions on why 1 drive is invisible to Windows server?
