Driver for Windows 2000 Server

I install MSL2024 (AG115A) but Windows 2000 Server recognize it as a Generic Library drive. Where I can find the correct driver? I use Backup Exec 10d with the library. I must use windows driver or BE driver?

you should have recieved a driver CD alongwith the hardwares. Veritas would always recommend to use the latest manufacturer drivers for any drives/library etc.

If you are using BE drivers for your tape drives, then you should have library support as well with the BE drivers. You should not mix and match.

it is recomended to use veritas device drivers. you can run the device drivers wizard and if it is still not updating the drivers for both robotics and drives then you can download & install the patch from the link below and try
