E1200 FC2102 Direct attached and ESL9322 w/ 8 LTO's
We have an ESL9000 with 2 E1200's connected to a PL8000 (2 FC2102 2GB HBA's) in direct attached mode. We set the 2 cards to hardloop with ALPA 0x2. AutoSense...
One card will sync to the E1200 no problem at startup of WIN2000 (unfortunately the E1200 with the addtional 4 drives), the other HBA at boot of WIN2000 does not and unless unplugged and plugged back it does not connect. I wonder if it is an issue of the autosense ? But why is the other E1200 with the exact settings working ok. Is there a setting in the HBA ???
Thanks for any help...
