EML-E library firmware upgrade problem

After communicating with the EML-E library trough CVTL and upgrading the tapedrives I can't get a new connection via network.
CVTL sees the library but can't connect to it.
Only manageble via fibre. But I can,t connect trough fibre becouse there is a firmware mismatch on de controller-module.
Library gives a warning "initializing interface module".
Any sugestions how I can get connected again with the library?

probably some of the fw upgrade does not finish successfully.
you may try to pin reset the IM and see if it correct a temp situation
or you will have to idendify which of the fw are not matching the bundle connecting locally inside the private lan and logging in each of the components, once identifyed, you may be able to fix the fw mismatch and restart managing it remotely.

Solved the problem:
It was an faulty LAN connection or cable between the Cascade and Public port.
After that I had to correct the fiber settings of the controller interface through a Telnet connection. Works fine now.
