EML245e inventory report error

Hi,
After initializing, the library couldn't showing report inventory media, slot, and driver (both from CVTL or CLI).
Capturing from CLI IM, got messages as follows:

/show>media all
Error processing command
src/EMFMediaReaderWriter.cpp (460): ManagedObjectArrayEmpty.

Did somebody has the same experience with me, pls share for solution, thanks.

Is this a new installation?

is the eml inizializing correctly?

do you see the correct view in CVTL related to the various components?

I see an error in a power supply, have you checked that all the various level of the library are correctly powered up and connected?
