ESL 712e sends unknown message

In HP OpenView I received a trap from an ESL 712e containing an error number 500020.
Searching the manuals, MIBs and the Internet did not give me a description for this error.
Does someone know what this error number means?

Hi,
I believe this error is reported when there is a communication problem between the Interface Manager (IM) and the Interface controllers (IFC).
This can happen if there is a drive problem or if an old firmware version is being used.
