during backup I received the problem
the backup stops, starts IM initializing.
It is not possible to take the supportticket - "IM failed to generate the supportticket"
In the CV, i can see:
- The health of the robotic is critical
- Library failed to initialize
- IM failed to retrieve read-element status for library

after FW update, the same problem

Unfortunately with IM firmware revisions less than 2.0 the IM can't retrieve a support ticket if the library has failed to initialize.

You can use the standalone L&TT from http://www.hp.com/support/tapetools and that version is much more robust about when it can retrieve logs.

You can also look at the recent logs on the front panel and report what it says here.
