ESL712e Robotics Controller Swap
Hi, I'm going to replace a Robotics Interface Card PT No:353315-001 & I've been told I need to clear the NVRAM and the Config Sector on the new card before I put the ESL back into service.I'm assuming this has to be done via the Serial or RS232 CLI login & not via CVTL? IS this true & if so any one know the commands to do it? Step by Step instructions would be great...Thanks.

Re: ESL712e Robotics Controller Swap
There is no need to clear NVRAM or the Config Sector on the new card. I believe this rumor came from very early library firmware. It is not required on any released firmware and especially parts coming from the standard service pipeline.
