Hi,
After powering up the ESL712e library, observed the following on the OCP
"establishing library communication, pls wait".
How to resolve this problem.

Internal communication between various component are made through Lan connection, if one of the components are not on-line, you may have various messages related to communication.
Could you explain what other problem do you have? can you manage it with Command View?
does it work before or is it a new installation?
I suggest anyway to check leds on all the internal Lan connections as a first step

It sounds like you could have a firmware mis-match between the firmware installed on the library controller and the firmware on the robotic controller. If that is the case the memory card on the robotic controller should be replaced with another card that has the same firmware revision as the library controller.
Is this a new install? Is there an HP CE working on this library?
