ESL9000 Library

I have a LTO2 tape stuck in one of the drives and need to eject and re-tire the tape. Is there an easy way to get it out of the drive. I have opened the vault and tried to eject it with no luck. It will not let me eject/export out of Backup Exec either.

have you tryied to shut down the drive and power up in order to clear reservation command?
then try to manualy eject the tape pushing the eject button for several seconds
