Erroneous media full error

Erroneous media full error

Cannot get a successful backup. Whether a new tape or a previously used one that ArcServe is requesting I get a media full message. Have patched Netware, patched ArcServe (both to the current level). Can't find help on CA's site - could it be a hardware problem with the Proliant 1600 server with 4/6 DAT drive? This is at a remote site and I don't have the machine here with me. I'm using nwaspi.cdm and it is loaded on server.

If you can have someone onsite run promtpted diagnostics read/write test and it works - the hardware is okay. If you're still having the problem, email us at support@compaq.com with info.
