Error 0511-195 on AIX 5.3 with MSL 4048 Tape Drive LTO3

Hi, when i run tar or backup to tape, the server display this message:


0511-195 An error occurred while writing to the storage media, input/ out

i change the block size, dont work for me:

chdev -l rmt0 -a block size=0 and


chdev -l rmt0 -a block size=1024



i test the library on other server and work fine.
