Error 126 and Error 16 - Nothing backs up at all

Data Protector used to run fine when first set up, but lately, it has failed backing up more and more due to Error 3028.

However, the errors keep occurring. Now, nothing will back up at all anymore, and no changes have been made to the configuration.
