Error 20 with DDS 6/40 Autoloader

The display on the autoloader will sometimes read "Error 20: visit" after ejecting a tape from slot 0 (the drive) back into the magazine. If we press 'eject' the message goes away and everything seems fine. Is this something we should be worried about? The drive is brand new.

See the following URL:

It is possible that this drive needs calibration. The reference to the 'Z' motor may indicate that when the eject is performed from the drive back to the magazine, the motor is not aligned properly or perhaps the magazine. Since this is a new drive, I would suggest you contact HP for testing/service.
