Error 4024 I/O

Problem with Data Protector Express 3.10 sp1a: Error 4024, I/O Error.

Does anyone know what causes this problem? DAT unit is HP C7438A, SCSI, and the problem begin two days ago. Before this, the backups runs right.

I see that this forum hasn't been successful for you on this error. This it too bad as I also have the same error with the DAT 72 drive and Data Protector software.
