Error: 4305 Block Size too large

Whenever I execute backup, restore, Erase or format Job from Data Protector Express SSE, it does not perform any action. In the Logs failed job is reported. And all kind of jobs report the same error:

Error: 4305 Block Size too large

When I execute Eject job then it runs fine and successfully ejects the Tape?

I would be grateful if someone help me out?

We haave seen this sometimes with version 3.10 of Data Protector Express and tapes that had been previously used by another application.

If that is the case, either erase the tape in the other application first, or better, upgrade to the most recent version of Data Protector Express. It is downloadable from http://hp.com/go/dataprotectorexpress.
