Error 58 - (Y) motor jammed & Error 72 - (X) motor jammed
Hi,
When I had first installed the autoloader at site, I can't ejected the tape drives out from the autoloader. It prompted me the errors mentioned above.
I have tried "Forced Eject". It didn't work.
If I want to reset the SCSI or enabling the medial removal option, where should I look for it?
Is there any other solution?
I'm currently using VERITAS Backup software.
Please help. It's urgent for me to running backup ASAP.
Thanks.
