Error 64: Not Found - Data Protector Express Single Server 3.5 sp2

Hi,

This morning I discovered two of our servers failed to start their backups with the following error:

Error 64: Not Found
SBERR_NOT_FOUND

On one of the servers I acknowledged the error and the backup started, but on the other it just kept throwing up the same error so had to cancel the job. Does anyone know what this error represents?

That is usually a communcation problem within the Data Protector Express service. If it doesn't clear automatically, try stopping and restarting the Data Protector Express service.
