Error Type (3D)

We have SSL1016 tape autoloader with HP Ultrium 460 Tape Drive,lately it began halting during the backup process and error message on the tape autoloader :

Drive Error
Error Type (3D)

How to resolve this ??

Hi, you correct that error 3D is a drive error. The suggested steps are to try different piece of media. If that also fails, contact HP customer support.
