Error When FULL Backup with HP Tape Drive 1840 and Cartridge HP LTO3 Ultrium RW (C7973A)

I use HP Tape Drive 1840 and Cartridge HP LTO3 Ultrium RW (C7973A). Every Time when I backup data and choose backup mode (FULL). It is always error. It never completed 100%. Sometime it is completed 30%, sometime completed 50%, sometime completed 80%. And it is nearly completed 98% only one time since I started to use this tape and cartridge to backup data. But when I backup data and choose backup mode (Differential), it is completed 100%. Please my error attachment in compress file for detail.
