Error code 1052
Hi,
I have a problem with my HP StorageWorks Ultrium type drive, when I try to start software (TapeWare v.7.0 under Linux Red Hat), I get the Error Code 1052 (0x41c)(see attach)and nothing is started. Yesterday was all OK.
Any idea what is hapening? How can I fix this?
Thank you

Re: Error code 1052
Yosemite's technical web site (http://yosemitetech.com/support/) resports the following for Tapeware 7.0 error 1052.
"An error occurred when attempting to open the channel map file. Another application is probably using a file of the same name. Attempt the operation again later."
If you need more assistance I suggest you contact Yosemite directly.
