Event ID 9 in the event log: \Device\Scsi\CPQKGPSA1 did not respond within the timeout period

Hi

I am recieving an Event ID 9 in the event log:

The device \Device\Scsi\CPQKGPSA1, did not respond within the timeout period.

I have updated the drivers to 5-4.81a9
Firmare on card is 3.82a1

Registry is the same as in lputilnt.exe.
Registry parameters all seem correct, ResetTPRLO has been changed to 1 (0x1)

Any ideas? Thanks

Craig,
which devices (storage) this server has connected to this card CPQKGPSA1? Which switches (if any)? What else in the regisrty in addition to ResetTPRLO?
