External DLT part number

I need to replace a customers external 15/30 DLT drive under warranty. No problem you might say, but its one of the ones that sits in the rack mountable "External Storage Shelf" (part no - 187557-001) and it doesnt have a part number on it!
Can anyone tell me the part number, or do I have to order an internal drive and install it back into the external case?

I ordered an ordinary external 15/30 DLT drive, but of course it is too wide to go into the 'shelf' alongside his other one.

Can anyone help?
