FIRMWARE VER. ZU75
I've ran Firmware updates on many tape devices. This particular version is a POS. Everytime, I've updated to this version, my tape drive acts up and eventually, stops working and giving off erroneous errors. Such errors indicate, tape drive has not been cleaned often enough. Which is untrue, simply because as a standard, our offices run their cleaning cartridges, every Friday prior to putting in the weekend's tape. I can't roll back the version and at this point, there are no alternatives. If there's an HP L&TT's rep that has any suggestions, I'm open to any of them. Here is the latest error in which, no site or even HP has any info on: Sense Information: Sensekey: 0x4, ASC/ASCQ: 0x53/0x0 (Media load or eject failed)

Re: FIRMWARE VER. ZU75
Would request you to call HP support. They would give you a 2 day temporary factory override password for HP L&TT this would help you to downgrade.
