Fan Fault Light - Ultrium 232

Can someone help troubleshoot an amber fault light for a HP Storageworks Ultrium 232.  Backups are no longer running, and I don't know where I can get this fixed.

We can also repair these for customers in the uk.

These fans do seem to be a weak point on this drive, but at least they give you an LED to know when all is not well.

Best to check that there is nothing blocking the fan first of course but after that i am afraid it has to be repaired.
