Fault Code 20C0 soft on MSL5000

Getting a 'Fault Handler', 'Fault Code 20c0 (soft)' on a MSL5000 unit with two SDLT drives. The cleaning tape is stuck in the SDLT drive 0, drive 1 is fine. Drive 0 has been disabled in BackupExec for now.
