This problem may be resolved by the latest firmware v5.16 release for
MSL5000 and MSL6000 libraries

One of the reasons you may get this error could be due to stray tapes that might have fallen in the library which might hinder the robotic movement. Ensure all tapes are correctly seated in the magazine slots. The firmware for the library should be 5.20 as that is the last active release.
