Fault Code 3200 (Hard)

Hi all,

I am facing problem with MSL 6060 Library .

Error Reporting ( on LCD )

Fault Code : 3200 (Hard)
Shuttle Jammed

I have removed all the drives from the rear side and confirmed that the problem with the mail slot ,seems broken .Could I know is there any way to get the access to the magazine since I am not able to get it through LCD (Library busy ). ? or anyway to open the right door manually .

Hope this helps: to open the door, insert a paper clip into the very small hole in the door and press carefully - this will open the door. Better to power off the unit ...

Thank you Torsten..I have solved it by removing all the drives from the rear side and played "TOM and JERRY" with the robotic arm for removing the media from the library.

thank you SO much for the tip on inserting the paper clip to open up the doors to the magazines. It worked perfectly and I was able to extract the jammed tape. thanks again!
