Fault Code 5000 "No DLTs Attached"

Hi all

I have a Compaq StorageWorks TL891 DLT IV and first i have the error code 2072. i resolve it with instructions about press ESCAPE button and power down and power up the hardware. But after i have this error 5000.

How i can to resolve this error???????
is very important and urgent,
please some ideas......

all I could find in

was that the error indicated that no dlt is attached to library.
Suggest you double check the installation/configuration section.

No, i don´t resolve my problem with respect this error 5000. I am evaluating decision to call HP support for them repair my hardware.

I have been solution for this error state (5000)of Mini Library Compaq TL881, TL891.
I am evaluate the option to call HP Support of my country.
