Fault code: 300F

I got "Fault code: 300F", "Slave Init Error", this was not documented on the user guide, pls HELP !!!!!!The only option available is to power down, but it gets back when power up again...HELP!!

Help. I am also getting "Fault code 300F" Slave Init Error. DID YOU EVER GET IT RESOLVED??? Let me know how you fixed it

My last reolution was ...send back to Compaq...

What do you mean? Did you send the tl891 tape unit back to Compaq?? Please explain

Please contact the Customer Support Center @800.386.2172 or the nearest Autorized Compaq Service Provider in your area , for service on the tape drive .
