Fault code 3015(soft) drive time out

Running the latest firmware for a MSL6030 (516)Ultrium 2 (F59W/OEM20). But can't get rid of the Fault code error.

All server software service shave been shut down, but it won't let me move a tape out of the drive. keeps giving time out error

You can check via the http access if the drive or the robot is set as "reserved"
or just powercycle the library to clear teh "reserve" status if any
