Firmware for A4689A

Does anyone know where to download the bin format of the A4689A 2/1 firmware? I know where to get the frm format for LTT but I want to try to use the LAN port to update the firmware.
I'm from Switzerland, but somehow ended up in Winnipeg

even the first file is not corrupt, I can decompress it with an rar unpacker.
