Firmwareupdate HDD BD1468A4B5 failed 146,8GB U320 10K SCSI

I've a DL380G4 and this Server requires an Firmwareupdate of this HDDs. I tried already in another server (same type and in an Dl380G3) and I tried different HP Firmware CDs beginning with 7.4 until 8.6 but no update possible. I've put the log as attachement. This HDDs are almost new and work fine but I have changed the servergeneration. Is there a switch or a software to enable the firmwareupdate because it seems to be locked. Thank you a lot.
