HP 1/8 G2 - LT0 4 Tape Drive

Our HP Autoloader stopped working and the display is showing 8C08 on the display.

Looking at the error code 8C08

8C Rotation obstructed

08 Error during rotation initialization, get range failed

 

Can anyone provide any insight on how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

 

contact HP support and get them look at the hardware. can be a robot failure
