Hi there,

Can someone send me a procedure to load tapes in HP 1x8 G2 AUTOLDR Ultrium 3-SCSI. Tape cartirdge was inserted but it is not loaded. Customer is using this autoloader first time.

By inserted you mean on the mail slot or moved from the slot to the drive?

Once the tapes are loaded on the magazines, you can move them using the front pannel, or from the backup software.
