HP Colorado T100e driver

I know this is an extreamly old tape drive, however, I need a driver for Windows XP. I am trying to find info on old back-up tape and am trying to avoid buying anouther external tape drive.

Can anyone help me out?

Do you mean T1000e? Did you try NT driver:

i have these old travan drives too, but they did not run @ win XP!

with windows NT or 2000 you have a good chance to use them ;)

i remember that the T1000e drive was an external drive connected on paralaelport / printerport to the pc...

i'm right?

Yes that is the one. An old outdated unit, but I've found myself at its mercy. I'll try the NT driver though and see if it works.

Jason...Was just going crazy haveing the same problem. I just got a new pc running windows xp. I also have a really old Colorado Backup T1000e which I have had no luck getting it to run, just to get the data off the tape. Have you come up with a solution thru your search??? I sure hope so.
